ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Thursday suspended the membership of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) MNA Ghulam Sarwar Khan for holding fake degree.

The academic credentials of Ghulam Sarwar Khan, who was elected from NA-53 Taxila, were challenged by the petitioner Raja Qamar.

The apex court also directed the Lahore High Court to dispose the case of PTI’s Ghulam Sarwar Khan immediately.
