ISLAMABAD: Special Adviser to Prime Minister on National Security and Foreign Affairs‚ Sartaj Aziz says the Afghan Taliban do listen to Pakistan but it cannot control them.
He was talking to the American News Agency‚ the Associated Press‚ ahead of his expected visit to Kabul in the up coming days.
Meanwhile‚ in an interview with an English daily‚ the Foreign Office spokesman Aizaz Ahmad Chaudhry has expressed the confidence that Sartaj Aziz’s trip to Kabul will help remove misunderstandings between the two countries and put their relationship back on track.
