MediaPTV launches 'PTV New Look' project

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Pakistan Television (PTV) on Monday successfully launched the ‘PTV New Look’ project which comprises of vibrant eye-catching PTV logo and dynamic on-screen graphics.

It was carried out under the guidance & tutelage of the Federal Minister for Information Pervaiz Rasheed, Chairman PTV Ata-ul-Haq Qasmi and Federal Secretary Information & Managing Director PTV Saba Mohsin.

The launch of ‘PTV New Look’ marks the return of the logo to its original form penned by the legendary painter & artist Abdur Rehman Chughtai in 1964.PTV

Meshing the classic look with a modern feel, PTV has come up with an exciting new palette of colours & move away from the square form to an oval & circular one, which is in symmetry with the design language of the logo itself.

PTV has received glowing accolades for this change and is being well received by audiences that believe that the return to the original aesthetics coupled with a fresh new colour scheme adds vibrancy to the PTV screen.

The work was done by IT Scott of PTV under the leadership of Fakhar Hameed.
