MULTAN: Pakistan Tehreek Insaf (PTI) would ensure Local Bodies elections in Khyber Pakthunkhwa Province within 90 days after the formation of government, PTI President Makhdoom Javed Hashmi said on Saturday.

Javed Hashmi said while addressing lawyers of District Bar in Multan on Saturday that the local government system would help ensure development and resolve people’s problems.

The PTI leader said his party had emerged as a national party across the country following the May 11 elections.

He said even MQM had to surrender due to people’s power, and this was because people did not want Saudi style rule here in Pakistan.
