ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) will not destabilize Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)-led government in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province by making alliance with any other political party, Information Minister Pervez Rasheed said on Thursday.

Talking to media representatives in Islamabad, the information minister said his party will not be part of an attempt to destabilize any provincial government.

The information minister said Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif had a clear stance that everyone should be taken on board. He said they wanted that the PTI’s government in KPK should survive.

Rasheed said that the PML-N had supported democratic process in the past and would continue to do so, adding that PML-N’s policy was clear in this regard and there was no ambiguity.

The minister said that PML-N government did not become part of destabilizing Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) government in Azad Kashmir in the past.
