KARACHI: Prime Minister Mir Hazar Khan Khoso will chair a meeting in Karachi today to discuss the law and order situation and election contingency plan.
The meeting will review the measures taken so far to conduct elections in a free‚ fair and peaceful manner.
It will discuss the law and order situation prevailing in the province‚ especially in Karachi.
The meeting will also focus on recent incidents of terrorism‚ target killing and provision of security to the political leaders and candidates.
Rangers and Police authorities are expected to brief the meeting about their operations to curb crimes ensuring smooth and peaceful elections.
