PM Nawaz to visit Iran in May or June

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will visit Iran in May or June to discuss bilateral relations and world issues, the prime minister’s advisor on foreign affairs and national security Sartaj Aziz said.

During his visit, the prime minister will meet top Iranian authorities and try to improve relations between the two countries, the advisor said.

The premier’s advisor said that the balance of the relationship among Iran, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan is crucial. He further said that enhanced ties between Iran and Pakistan are vital for the Muslim world.
