ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: A meeting was held between Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif at the PM house in Islamabad on Wednesday.
During the meeting, they discussed the ongoing military operation ‘Zarb-e-Azb’ against militants in the North Waziristan tribal region.
Both also discussed overall security situation of the country and matters related to the internally displaced persons (IDPs).
