ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) on Friday announced that all the international and domestic tickets that are not utilized during strike, would be fully refunded.

According to the spokesman, there will be no deductions in the refund claims of the unused tickets and the refund claims would be entertained after resumption of the normal operations of the airlines.

Meanwhile, the airlines have undertaken arrangements with Etihad Airways to accommodate its passengers.

“Now passengers having confirm PIA tickets would be able to travel on Etihad Airways after endorsement from PIA’s local office”, the spokesman added.
