He said Islamabad and Lahore High Court has given clear orders that Islamabad lock down plan by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) was illegal however they were allowed to stage protest or sit-in at Parade ground as the capital city cannot be closed down.

Saad Rafique said the court has directed the government to facilitate PTI for protest and we were ready to follow the orders if they guarantee peaceful activity.

KPK PTI workers were armed and one of provincial minister was caught with state weapons he said.

If PTI had respect for the Judiciary they should follow its observation and seek proper permission from the district administration for protest on given area, he added.
