ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Minister for Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique Monday said Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was inciting his party workers for violence and creating unrest that cannot be allowed.

Talking to Dunya TV, he said Pervez Khattak has been giving threatening statements to march Islamabad and now he along with armed party workers was worsening the situation with his agenda.

He said Islamabad and Lahore High Court has given clear orders that Islamabad lock down plan by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) was illegal however they were allowed to stage protest or sit-in at Parade ground as the capital city cannot be closed down.

Saad Rafique said the court has directed the government to facilitate PTI for protest and we were ready to follow the orders if they guarantee peaceful activity.

KPK PTI workers were armed and one of provincial minister was caught with state weapons he said.

If PTI had respect for the Judiciary they should follow its observation and seek proper permission from the district administration for protest on given area, he added.

The minister said the matter of Panama Papers was in the court and the government had welcomed the start of proceeding now PTI should show seriousness towards the issue and pursue the case there despite shutting the cities.
