Pakistan reports 1,508 new Coronavirus Cases & 31 deaths

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The total number of Coronavirus Cases in Pakistan has risen to 550,540 following the emergence of 1,508 more Cases on February 3, according to the National Command & Operation Centre (NCOC).

The data updated by the NCOC on Thursday morning showed that 44,173 people were tested across the Country on February 3 to ascertain the virus.

So far, 248,919 Coronavirus Cases have surfaced in Sindh, 159,311 in Punjab, 67,803 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), 41,655 in Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT), 18,840 in Balochistan, 9,100 in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK), and 4,912 in Gilgit-Baltistan.

In the last 24 hours, 31 COVID patients died of the disease in the Country. Of them, 15 patients died in Punjab, 8 in KPK, 3 each in Sindh and ICT, and 2 in AJK.

To date, the COVID-19 pandemic has caused 11,833 deaths in Pakistan including 4,821 in Punjab, 4,036 in Sindh, 1,931 in KPK, 478 in Islamabad, 269 in AJK, 196 in Balochistan, and 102 in Gilgit-Baltistan.

Now 505,818 COVID patients have recovered from the disease across Pakistan and 32,889 remain under treatment.
