ISLAMABAD: Finance Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar has said the government under the leadership of Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif is trying to revive Pakistan’s economy through comprehensive reforms.

The Ambassador of Republic of Korea Choongjoo Choi called on Federal Minister for Finance Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar in his office. The Finance Minister on the occasion said that relations between Pakistan and Republic of Korea have always been warm and cordial. Pakistan values its relationship with Republic of Korea very much. Both the countries have been close to each other historically. The friendships between the two countries will get further strengthened with every passing day.

The Minister said business and investment friendly atmosphere will be created in the country to attract foreign investment. He said government will clear circular debt within sixty days.

The Korean Ambassador appreciated the investment and business oriented policies of the present government. He said the Korean investors want to invest in different sectors in Pakistan.

The Finance Minister assured that all the problems faced by the investors will be solved on priority.
