ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: President Azad Jammu and Kashmir Masood Khan has said that Kashmir was core reason for tension between India and Pakistan and therefore India must come to negotiation table for an out of the box solution of this issue.
In an interview with Voice Of America (VOC) he said that tension between Pakistan and India was at peak after Uri attack; therefore, United Nations, United States, and international community must make efforts to reduce it.
He said that India had threatened to carry out surgical strikes but UN and international community should make efforts to stop India from taking any such action.
Masood said, Pakistani diplomacy had been successful in convincing the international community on its stance on Kashmir and other regional issues.
