ISLAMABAD: Chief of Army Staff General Ashfaq Pervez Kayani has assured that Army will extend every possible help to Election Commission for holding peaceful elections.
He held out this assurance during a meeting with Chief Election Commissioner Justice (retired) Fakhruddin G Ibrahim in Islamabad.
Chief election Commissioner said all state institutions are expected to play their respective roles for holding of transparent and peaceful elections.
