BENGHAZI: In Libya‚ more than 1000 inmates have escaped from a jail in the city of Benghazi.
According to media reports‚ a riot took place inside the prison which helped inmates to escape from the jail.
But Libyan Prime Minister Ali Zeidan has held responsible residents in the southern area of the city who stormed the prison and helped detainees to escape.
