Monitoring Desk: Uzbek media is busy in gathering information about Sayfullo (can be called as Saifullah—sword of God) Saipov who is allegedly involved in NYC terror attack.

According to initial information gathered by media, Sayfullo was brought up in Tashkent, Uzbekistan and he was sole brother of three sisters. His father name is Khabibul (Habibul) Saipov and his mother name is Mukaddas (Muqadass—Pure) Irgashov. His old house is located in the Shaykhantahur region, in the north-west of Tashkent.

The life sketch of Sayfullo Saipov received from TashkentAccording to Uzbek media, former neighbours of Saipovs reported that Saifuloo was brought up as a normal happy boy and he had normal western kind of lifestyle before he went to United States in 2010.

Saifuloo won the green card in the lottery in the framework of the Visa for Foreigners of Different Nationalities program through online process.

Information gathered by Uzbek media indicates that Saipov married Nozime Odilova on April 12, 2013 who was six year younger to him. Her wife also belongs to Tashkent. According to Uzbek media, Saipov has three children and was living in an apartment in Paterson, New Jersey till October 31 when he allegedly crushed eight passers-by and bicyclists.

On the sidelines of Bahrain International Airshow, Commander of Ninth Air Force (US Air Forces Central Command — AFCENT), Lieutenant General Derek France called on Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu, Chief of the Air Staff, Pakistan Air Force. The Air Chief reiterated his resolve to further enhance the existing bilateral cooperation between the two strategic partners. Commander AFCENT appreciated Pakistan’s efforts in promoting regional peace and vowed to enhance cooperation in the fields of joint training, mutual exercises and military to military collaboration. In a separate meeting, Chief of the Air Staff also called on Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force.
