National Party’s Christian MPA Handri Masih killed Quetta

QUETTA: The National Party’s Christian lawmaker in the Balochistan assembly Handri Masih was shot dead outside his residence in Quetta on Saturday.

The reports said that the MPA sustained critical injuries in a firing incident in Nawa Kali area of Quetta. He was shifted to the FC Hospital for medical assistance; however, the lawmaker succumbed to his injuries.

The provincial lawmaker was reportedly shot by his own security guard.

Handri Masih was from Mastung area of Balochistan and was a dedicated member of the National Party. He was elected in the Balochistan assembly on the reserved seat for minorities from NM-65 constituency.
