QUETTA: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Balochistan Chief Minister Dr Abdul Malik Baloch have finalized names for the provincial cabinet, bringing an end to statement regarding distribution of portfolios among coalition partners in the province.

The oath-taking ceremony of the provincial cabinet members will be held in two days.

The development came in a meeting between the prime minster and the chief minister in Islamabad on Wednesday during which both the leaders discussed the formation of provincial cabinet.

It is pertinent to mention that there is a coalition government in the province comprising National Party, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz and Pakhtunkhwa Milli Awami Party.
