ISLAMABAD: National Accountability Bureau has recovered 425 million rupees from defaulters of electricity bills.
A NAB spokesman said the bureau is pursuing electricity bill default cases of 63254 defaulters while the amount of the defaulted bills is about 77 billion.
He said that over 2 dozen electricity bill defaulters have so far been arrested and their cases are being tried in accountability courts.
