LONDON: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Chief Altaf Hussain has directed Dr. Ishrat ul Ebad to return back to Karachi and assume his charge as Sindh Governor, Dispatch News Desk (DND) reported on Wednesday.
In his directive, MQM chief asked Ebad to withdraw his resignation immediately and work for peace in Sindh.
The sources said that Ishratul Ebad is expected in the country within next twenty-four hours.
Altaf Hussain while talking to Ishrat ul Ebad by telephone, said that there is popular demand in Sindh for withdrawal his resignation.
