More than 30 shops burnt in Faisalabad oil market fire

FAISALABAD: At least thirty shops were burnt after an oil market caught fire in the city on Wednesday.

According to rescue sources, the incident took place in last night when fire broke out in a god own of the oil market located in Karkhana Bazar.

Ten fire brigades reached the site of the incident and extinguished the fire after three-hour long struggle.

On the other hand, the people living in the surroundings of the oil markets demanded shifting the markets out of the residential areas as they can be affected any time.
