ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan will hold consultations with the political leadership on future course of action following Pakistani Taliban chief Hakimullah Mehsud’s killing as per directives of the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Information Minister Pervez Rashid said on Monday.

Talking to media persons in Islamabad, Rashid said that the interior minister will submit its report about consultation with the political leaders in two days.

The information minister said the decision about the holding of next all parties conference rests with Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan.

Rashid said the government is pursuing the dialogue process in the best national interests.
