PESHAWAR, Pakistan: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has said that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police will be equipped with modern technology to boost their performance.

Talking to media persons after visiting Central Police Office in Peshawar on Saturday, he lauded the bravery and valour of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police in war against terrorism.

Imran Khan said that the police have been de-politicized in the province.

The PTI Chairman examined different sections of Central Police Office and watched demonstration of investigation and crime scene on scientific lines.

The Inspector General Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police Nasir Khan Durrani briefed the PTI Chairman about use of modern equipment for investigation.
