ISLAMABAD: Judicial Commission on Judges Appointment meets today in Islamabad with Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry in the chair.
The meeting is likely to approve elevation of Chief Justice Sindh High Court Justice Mushir Alam as judge of Supreme Court‚ whereas name of Justice Maqbool will also come under consideration as Chief Justice Sindh High Court.
The commission will also recommend confirmation of the services of six additional judges for Lahore High Court.
