TEHRAN: Iran and Russia are expected to sign a deal soon on the building of two new 1,000-megawatt nuclear reactors in the Islamic Republic of Iran, media reported on Tuesday.
The head of Iran’s atomic energy organization Ali Akbar Salehi will go to Moscow in August to finalize the reactor contract while the construction may start early next year, the organization spokesman Behrouz Kamalvandi said.
