LAHORE: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) Chief Imran Khan has appointed the party’s central leader Dr. Shireen Mazari as his spokesperson, with the appointment her status would be equivalent to party’s Senior Vice President, Dispatch News Desk (DND) reported on Tuesday.

Addressing a meeting in Lahore on Tuesday evening for the issuance of party tickets for elections, the PTI Chief said that impartial caretaker setup is prerequisite to ensure transparency in elections.

Imran said that he takes the forthcoming elections as the World Cup and will make all out efforts to win them.

The PTI chief alleged that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) is attempting to sabotage his public meeting in Lahore on Saturday next.
