ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has requested the Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) to constitute two task forces for looking into giving overseas Pakistanis a right to vote and the possibility to introduce an electronic voting system for next general elections.
I asked the CEC to set up 2 task forces: One for electronic voting & other for working out how Overseas Pakistanis would be able to vote.

The PTI chairman also said that seven million Pakistani people are living abroad and contributing greatly to the national economy through their remittances.

Earlier during his meeting with the CEC, Imran Khan demanded that the Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq be suspended till investigation into the alleged rigging in the NA-122 constituency is complete.
His meeting with the CEC was aimed at to apprise him about the PTI’s concerns about alleged manipulation in the general elections held in May 2013.
PMLN is so incompetent they cant even do rigging efficiently! NA 122 verdict is about to come & it will expose the truth before the nation. — Imran Khan (@ImranKhanPTI) February 2, 2015
In NA 122, in 19 polling stations no record found of Form XV in ROs record or polling bags.
— Imran Khan (@ImranKhanPTI) February 2, 2015
In NA 122, forensic test results of 70 polling stations submitted as evidence to the Elec Tribunal also expose rigging. 1/2

2/2 Of these, 50 polling stations’ Forms XIV & XV fake;20 polling stations’ Form XVs signed by same person, proving results were tampered.

If we have elections like the 2013 election then there can be no change for the better in Pakistan.

If all doors to getting justice are closed to us, we will come out on the streets again. We will not give up our struggle for justice.
— Imran Khan (@ImranKhanPTI) February 2, 2015
Our struggle is also for an independent ECP. All Parties have said that rigging took place in Sindh. Punjab & Balochistan.

Secret balloting for Senate elections is an insult to Parliament & undermines Party-based democracy.
