ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The former Chief Justice Supreme Court Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry has sent defamation suit of Rs15 billion to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan on Thursday for leveling allegations against him.
In a statement, Chaudhry’s legal team said that the defamation notice being served to Imran Khan, seeking to apologize within 15 days and withdraw his statement against the former chief justice.
