STOCKHOLM, Sweden: The Minister of State Hina Rabbani Khar met the Minister of state for Foreign Affairs of United Arab Emirates (UAE) Noura Al Kaabi in Sweden’s Capital Stockholm on Saturday on the sidelines of the EU Indo-Pacific Ministerial Forum 2023.Hina Rabbani Khar meets UAE Counterpart in Stockholm

In the meeting with her UAE Counterpart, Hina Rabbani Khar discussed ways to enhance Pakistan-UAE bilateral engagement and multilateral cooperation in various fields including trade & investment, aviation, higher education, and people to people contacts.

The Minister of State appreciated valuable bilateral relations and historic bonds existing between the two Countries.

Hina Rabbani Khar is currently on an official visit to the Stockholm to participate in the 2nd EU Indo-Pacific Forum.

Her visit is taking place at the joint invitation of the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell and the Swedish Foreign Minister Tobias Billstrom.

In the forum, the Minister of State will highlight Pakistan’s perspective on important regional and global issues and explore avenues of cooperation with the European Union especially in trade, investment, digital technology, climate, environment and health and connectivity.
