PESHAWAR: Unknown persons opened fired on a vehicle in the Shaktoi area of South Waziristan on Monday that left four persons including an important commander of the Hakimullah Mehsud group killed and another injured, media citing Taliban sources reported on Monday.
The sources said that all four persons including the commander Kashed Khan Mehsud belonged to the banned Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).
The media further reported that the incident took place as a result of hostility between the Khan Said alias Sajna and Waliur Rehman groups of the TTP.
