ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control on Wednesday said the federal government had allocated Rs 25,217.801 million to Pakistan Rangers during three years.

As per details, the federal government had earmarked Rs 7644.652 million in 2013-14, Rs 8515.474 in 2014-15 and Rs 9057.675 in 2015-16, said a press release issued here.

The Sindh Government had allocated Rs 2448.113 million to Pakistan Rangers during the last three years, it said.

As per details Sindh Government earmarked Rs 1245.853 million for payment of internal security duty allowance in 2013-14, Rs 1685.476 million in 2014-15 and Rs 1698.180 million in 2015-16.

It was said that Rs 862.668 million had paid for operating expenses in 2013-14, Rs 750.166 million in 2014-15 and Rs 700.393 in 2015-16.

For physical assets Rs 17.150 million had been allocated in 2013-14 Rs 102.682 million in 2014-15 and Rs 9.405 million 2015-16. Repair and maintenance had been earmarked Rs 68.600 million 2013-14, Rs 35.050 million in 2014-15 and Rs 40.135 million in 2015-16, it said.

It was said that Rs 32.400 million had allocated for transfer (Shauhada) in 2013-14 and Rs 9.500 million 2014-15.
