ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif Monday said the government was pro-actively pursuing the agenda of bringing reforms in different sectors for the welfare of masses.

The Prime Minister expressed these views in his separate meetings with parliamentarians Mir Dostain Khan Domki, Bilal Virk and Nawabzada Mazhar here at the PM House.

The Prime Minister said all development and welfare schemes were focused to improve the living standard of people across the country.

He said the parliamentarians could earn the trust of masses through dedication and commitment of serving the people.

The parliamentarians lauded the Prime Minister for leading the country in difficult times and successfully overcoming numerous challenges.

They mentioned that Pakistan’s security and economic situation had greatly improved during the term of the present government.

The parliamentarians said major infrastructure development projects including mass-transit systems and roads networks had eased the difficulties of the common man to a great extent.

They said the significant improvement of security situation in the country had created a new hope and apprised the Prime Minister on issues pertaining to development schemes in their respective constituencies.
