ISLAMABAD: Ex- Balochistan Chief Minister Nawab Aslam Raisani on Friday lent his support to PTI chief Imran Khan, saying that the PTI leader had only expressed his opinion on rigging that was not a contempt of court.

The former chief minister was also present inside the Supreme Court during Imran Khan’s appearance in connection with contempt of court case.

Speaking to media persons after the court hearing, Raisni defended Imran Khan’s stance on poll rigging.

To a question, he joked that it was vital to resolve the Kashmir issue for improving law and order situation in Balochistan.

He said that he wasn’t aware of any bond between Imran Khan and President Asif Ali Zardari.
