Kiev: The European Union has decided to make secure and strengthen contract with Ukraine after signing of the Agreement on association. Besides points concerning a free trade zone in the list of points of so-called temporary application of the Agreement can include some political sections.
According to ZN.UA, the European ratification party changed the approach concerning conditions of the beginning of so-called temporary application of the Agreement (before its ratification by all 28 parliaments of EU Member States) a little. If it was supposed earlier that for this purpose will be enough only SA by the Verkhovna Rada, and the European party the separate document notifies the volume in which the Agreement will be temporarily carried out, now Europeans speak also about need to carry out SA ratification in European Parliament prior to temporary application.
Thus, if processes in Ukraine after the conclusion of association with EU go at all in the European direction, ratification in European Parliament can be “suspended”. For Ukraine important that it passed to the middle of April of the next year, that is it was carried out by present European Parliament as elections in EP and the subsequent change of staff of bodies of EU can push for a long time “the Ukrainian subject” on the periphery of attention of the European Union.
