ISLAMABAD: Election campaign ended at midnight on Thursday night and the nation goes to polls tomorrow to elect their representatives for National and four provincial Assemblies.

The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has said that time of election campaign is over and candidate will stand disqualified in case of violation.

It said now candidates cannot hold corner meetings‚ rallies and public gatherings.

The Commission said that ballot papers have been delivered to all Returning Officers for onward distribution among Presiding Officers on Friday.

Polling will be held on Saturday (May 11) from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. without any break.
