ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has rejected the application of Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari for permission to cast his vote through postal ballot.

The PPP Chairman is in Dubai due to security threats and following the ECP refusal he may not be able to cast his vote on May 11, former prime minister and key PPP leader Raja Pervez Ashraf told media at a news conference on Wednesday.
