ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Prime Minister’s Special Assistant on National Health Services Dr. Zafar Mirza has developed mild COVID-19 symptoms and isolated himself at his home.
In a twitter statement on Monday, the Special Assistant said that he has been tested positive for the Novel Coronavirus, and under the medical advice, he has quarantined himself at his home.
Dr. Zafar Mirza said that he has mild symptoms of COVID-19 and taking all precautions.

In Pakistan, a total of 231,818 people have so far been infected by the virus since February 26 and 4,762 have lost their lives due to the disease.
However, of them, 131,649 patients have been recovered now, recording a very healthy ratio of 56.8 percent.
Currently, the Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi is also in quarantine at his home since July 3 after he was diagnosed as having the COVID-19.
