ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Finally the people in Pakistan have very mush realized the importance of social distancing and are complying with the precautionary measures suggested by the government to prevent themselves from the Coronavirus Outbreak, yet the number of virus-infected persons across the Country has climbed to 1,022.
Almost all Pakistan has been locked down, and except a few exemptions, restrictions have been imposed on social gatherings, people’s movement, and holding of events besides Educational Institutions, Shopping Centers, Malls, Restaurants, and Transport Services having been shut down.
In the last 24 hours, 50 more Coronavirus (COVID-19) Cases were confirmed throughout the Country, which took the tally of total Cases in Pakistan to 1,022. Of these affected patients, 21 have recovered, five are in critical condition while eight have died.

In Sindh, a total of 413 Cases have so far been Confirmed, 14 patients have recovered while one person lost his life to COVID-19. Whereas in Punjab, 310 people have been tested positive, of them two got recovered while one passed away.
In Balochistan, 117 people have so far been diagnosed with the virus and one person in Quetta died of it. In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, three people succumbed to the virus out of a total of 80 people having been tested positive.
With 81 Coronavirus Cases and one death, Gilgit-Baltistan is as of now the fourth most affected region in Pakistan.
The Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) has also witnessed 20 Confirmed Coronavirus Cases so far, and two of the infected patients in the Federal Capital have recovered wherein one such Case has been surfaced in Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK).

Earlier on Tuesday, the Prime Minister’s Special Assistant on National Health Services Dr. Zafar Mirza told that there are 7,736 suspected Cases of Coronavirus in Pakistan at the moment.
