RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: The Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif on Monday left for Australia on a four-day official visit at the special invitation of Australian Chief of Defense Force.
The Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) said that the army chief is scheduled to meet senior defence and military leadership of Australia during the visit.
The COAS will also co-chair the security and defence roundtable discussions being conducted between the two countries, the ISPR said.
