ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Chauhdry Nisar Ali Khan has filed a petition against Chairman of the Higher education Commission (HEC), Jawed Laghari, in Supreme Court today.
Advocate Akram Sheikh has filed the petition on behalf of Ch. Nisar in Supreme Court against Jawed Laghari, stating that all required information had been provided timely to the HEC but the Chairman intentionally kept his degree issue in abeyance.
The court should take due action against Jawed Laghari, Ch. Nisar has requested to Supreme Court in his petition.
