Karachi: Cargo warehouse in West Wharf area of Karachi catches fire. According to details, the fire broke out at the cargo warehouse. Receiving the report regarding the fire breakout, fire brigade squad’s four vehicles and Karachi Port Trust’s two fire-tending vehicles rushed to the mishap site. A total of 14 fire-fighting vehicles are busy in the action.
A snorkel has also arrived on the spot to take part in the operation. But, the fire could not be brought under control after an hour of efforts. It should be mentioned here that there are cosmetics and chemicals at the warehouse. Drums filled with oil are also present at the site.
