When subscriber tries to reply this sms— there is no number from where this sms has received. If subscriber wants to use option “use number” — there is no number. This sms comes from numberless sender. You can just forward this sms to other subscribers but cannot reply and cannot find number of this sender who has name as “Pakistani”
