QUETTA: Awami National Party’s (ANP) MPA from Balochistan Sultan Tareen has been abducted by unknown gunmen at Kuchlak area of restive Balochistan province on Tuesday, Dispatch News Desk (DND) reported.

His family members have claimed that they lost contact with Tareen at Kuchlak area when he left Quetta in his car for Harnai town which is some 170 kilometers from the provincial capital. Officials and Sultan Tareen’s family members fear that the MPA has been kidnapped.

Tareen was elected as MPA on PB 22-Harnai/Sibi, was a minister of prisons.
