ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court has nullified the appointment of Chairman‚ Muhammad Ali‚ Securities And Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) with effect from February 24‚ 2010.
The short order was announced by a 2-member bench headed by Justice Jawad S. Khwaja in Islamabad on Friday.
The apex court directed the federal government to appoint new Chairman of the Commission as soon as possible.
