KashmirAll set for Gujarat like Carnage in Indian Occupied Kashmir?

DND Special Report

New set of administrative changes in India raises questions about the fate of Kashmiri Muslims in Indian Occupied Kashmir because a team which was known during Gujarat Carnage as “Gang of Three” is in place again but this time in Kashmir valley (read as Indian Occupied Kashmir).

“Gang of Three” — Indian Prime Minister Modi, Minister of Home Affairs Amit Shah and newly appointed Lt Governor of Indian Occupied Kashmir Girish Chandra Murmu teamed up in 2002 and then world witnessed brutal carnage of Muslims in Indian Gujarat.

Over 1000 Muslims (of all ages/genders) were brutally tortured/raped/murdered in cold blood with complete connivance and support of then Gujarat Government led by Narendra Modi (the then CM Gujarat).

These are not allegations rather Sanjjev Bhat, an Indian Police Service officer gave a statement in India’s Supreme Court (2011) in which he maintained that the then CM Gujarat Narendra Modi deliberately allowed anti-Muslim riots in the state. Sanjeev Bhatt was removed from service in 2015.

Indian media reported how Modi and his team exploited the Indian bureaucracy to the optimum to deny, create controversies or erase the incriminating evidence to save their skin after Gujarat Carnage.

Indian media still remembers 10-page resignation letter of Gujarat IPS officer Dahyaji Gobarji Vanzara (Also known as D.G. Vanzara)

Indian media still remembers 10-page resignation letter of Gujarat IPS officer Dahyaji Gobarji Vanzara (Also known as D.G. Vanzara), in which he accused the then Chief Minister Modi for using trusted state police officers for fake encounters and then disowning them for protecting his close aide Amit Shah who was the state home minister between 2003 and 2010.

Shah was the main accused in the encounter killings of Sohrabuddin Sheikh in 2005, along with his wife Kausar Bibi and Tulsiram Prajapati. Amit Shah was booked for murder, extortion and kidnapping and was arrested. However, he got bail within three months in 2010.

One can say without the fear of contradiction that “Gujarat Carnage Team” is again together and now this time in Kashmir. It is feared that Modi-Amit Shah-Dova-Murmul team is ready to launch operation “Corner and Crucifying Kashmiris”.

Vanzara claims in his resignation that the police officers were only “field officers” implementing orders of “policy formulators”— Modi and Shah. He stated that four encounter cases of Gujarat including of Sohrabuddin, Prajapati, Ishrat Jahan and Sadiq Jamal-between 2003 and 2006 were all fake and sheer murders.

Many bold articles and reports including of Rana Ayyub (Gujarat File: Anatomy of a Cover Up), of ex IPS Sanjeev Sabhlok’s  (Truth about Modi) and of Harsh Mander (Between Memory and Forgetting) are worth reading narrations in the context of Gujarat Carnage, exposing events, dotted performance of Indian bureaucracy and their volunteered exploitation by the then CM Modi.

Vanzara exposed names of bureaucrats working privately for Modi including Shivanand Jha (rewarded by elevating him as head of CID and then DGP Gujarat), Rakesh Asthana (CBI Director involved in controversy case with ex head of CBI Alok Verma ), GL Singhal (promoted as IGP), Vipul Aggarwal (promoted IGP/Additional Commissioner Ahmedabad), Yogesh Chander Modi (incumbent Director-General/chief of the National Investigation Agency) and Girish Chandra Murmu (recently appointed Lt Governor of IOK) are prominent one.

Previously, GC Murmu had also served as Additional Principal Secretary to Modi (then CM Gujarat) and was known as “a troubleshooter for the Gujarat government in cases ranging from 2002 riots to the fake encounters in Gujarat. Modi government has also posted another IAS officer namely Radha Krishna Mathur as Lt Governor of Ladakh as well.

This looks that all is set for a series of fake encounters and possible massacre of Muslims in Indian Occupied Kashmir. They are experienced in killing people and covering up the situation. However, Indian media is silent although it has full understanding about what would be next in IoK as frustration of India deep state is increasing with every passing day as determination and resistance of Kashmiri people is solidifying.

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and National Security Adviser Ajit Doval

Under new arrangements (As Indian Occupied Kashmir is now a Union of Indian State after abrogating of Article 370-35A), Lt Governor will be head of Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Police Service (IPS) and Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) and these departments are enough to harass and kill any citizen if Lt Governor wishes so.

A 1985 batch Gujarat cadre IAS officer Chandra Murmu was due to retirement on November 30 2019. India media reports that appointment of Murmu may also replace advisors to the Jammu and Kashmir Governor — K Vijay Kumar, Khursheed Ganai, K Sikandan and K K Sharma because all of them are seniors in service to the new Lt Governor and may decide not to work under him.
