Islamabad: Security forces have recovered Ali Haider Gilani, the son of former Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani from kidnappers who was kidnapped from Multan just 2 days before general elections? . Two kidnappers were killed in this action. District Police Officer (DPO) Noshera Waqar Ahmad informed media that action was underway and Ali is yet to be recovered while some sources of police claimed he was recovered and shifted to Islamabad. There are conflict reports about Ali Gilani recovery but one thing is sure that action was going on successfully.
Police recovered one individual named Abdul Wahab who informed police that son of former prime minister was held captive with him but the abductors moved him elsewhere few days ago.
He has been recovered from the area of akora Khatak that is a hub of Taliban and this area is popular religious schools –Madrisa for providing taliban to Afghan Jihad. Musa Gilani, brother of Ali Gilani while talking to Dispatch News Desk (DND) said that he got information from television channels because even Inspector General Police of Punjab had no information about this action of security forces.
