Pakistan25 foreign tourists arrive in Islamabad

ISLAMABAD: Formalities to send bodies of victims of Nanga Parbat tragedy to their respective countries have been completed.

Body of a Chinese tourist has already been sent to his country.

Official sources say this barbaric act was designed to tarnish Pakistan’s image on the international level. However‚ 25 foreign tourists while ignoring the threats arrived in Islamabad on Thursday. And the Government is determined to provide protection to foreign tourists.

Meanwhile‚ 37 persons allegedly involved in Nanga Parbat incident have already been arrested‚ and according to Gilgit-Baltistan police chief‚ 15 terrorists have been identified.

The authorities have also sought cooperation of Diamer Peace Jirga for the arrest of other terrorists.
