Monitoring Desk: As a sign of respect to our soldiers and officers who martyred in the battles for the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, killed civilians, and missing compatriots during the Patriotic War, a march has been organized in Baku, reports EdNews.

The march started from Neftchilar Avenue and continued to the Patriotic War Memorial Complex and the Victory Museum, founded today by President Ilham Aliyev.

The march was led by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev, First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva, more than 3,000 cadets and servicemen of the Azerbaijan Higher Military School named after Heydar Aliyev and military units in the Baku Garrison.
