ISLAMABAD: An exhibition of selected Pakistani artist and social worker Jimmy Engineer will be held at Promenade Gallery in Mississauga‚ Canada‚ from 12th to 18th of next month as part of 14 August the Independence Day celebrations.

Talking to Media in Islamabad‚ Jimmy Engineer said he also had plans in hand to display his work in Sri Lanka‚ Indonesia‚ Turkey‚ Bahrain and Hong Kong‚ China in the following months of 2013.

He said exhibitions of Pakistani artists abroad are creating awareness among the international community about their country.

The overseas Pakistanis were now becoming aware about the soft‚ positive‚ moderate and progressive image of the country‚ he added.
